The municipal government of the city granted 2 623, 95 land area of sq/m for the boys’ gym along the water. The project’s creator is Sedelnikov, an engineering military. A gym was designated for the first floor of the structure, and the second the chapel, an assembly hall, eight classrooms, an art room, and a physics study- library, a room, and a lab. In July 1897, the Boys’ Gymnasium opened for business.
