Admission Procedure

Service details:

• Admission processing
• Consultation services
• Representation at the Ministry of Education and representation at the University
• Provide Document verifying admission at an authorized educational institution

**First approval will come after 5 working days. The student becomes eligible to apply for residence permit after 3 weeks when we received the final order from the Ministry of education.

Visa Processing

Service Details:

• Proper Documentation
• Health Insurance (1 yr package)
• Provision of all visa support documents required from University.
• Provision of all visa support documents required from other legal Institutions in Georgia.
• Proper Orientation and legal services relating to visa application.
• Visa Application

• Representation at Georgian Embassy (Non-appearance Available)
• Refund of tuition fee (If student decides to withdraw from the visa process before the issuance of visa by the Georgian Embassy)
• University Transfer if the student decided to switch to another university in Georgia after arrival (Check Brochure for terms)

Immigration and Post Arrival Services

Service Details:

  • Guidance on immigration and visa procedures in Georgia.
  • Airport pick up,
  • Accommodation/Hostel reservation for student.
  • Registration at University
  • Free Sim card and one month call subscription,
  • 10 minutes Call to parent/guardian upon arrival
  • Transportation during registration process
  • Assist with opening of bank account and acquiring student transportation card
  • City Familiarization tour and proper orientation

Residence Permit

  • Proper documentation for residence permit application.
  • Assist in applying for residence permit.
